As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you exercise this right, you must bear the direct costs of the return shipment. Please send the goods back to us in full and well-packaged via the returns portal.

We ship within Germany with HERMES to ensure the fastest and most reliable service.

Right of Withdrawal (DE)

You may revoke your contract declaration within 14 days without stating reasons by returning the item. The period begins after receiving this instruction in text form, but not before the goods have been received by the recipient (for recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial shipment) and not before we have fulfilled our information obligations under Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1(1) and (2) of the EGBGB, as well as our obligations under § 312g(1) sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. Sending the revocation or the goods in time is sufficient to comply with the revocation deadline.

Please return the items in a resalable condition, so we can accept your return and make the product available to other customers. All items must be flawless, sealed, and uncreased when returned.

In the case of a size or product exchange, we will cover the new shipping costs.

Your items must be returned without signs of use, in undamaged packaging, and must include the completed delivery note. (We do not cover return shipping costs.)

If the returned goods are not in proper condition, we reserve the right to charge a reprocessing fee. This applies to crumpled, creased items and torn or cut-open polybags.

You can check the status of your shipment at any time using your tracking number and shipping provider.

Lab-Nova Ltd reserves the right to cancel your order if certain items are out of stock or cannot be supplied by our vendors (e.g., in the case of pre-orders).

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of a valid withdrawal, both parties must return the received benefits and any derived benefits (e.g., interest). If you cannot return the received service or can only return it in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the lost value.

Compensation for deterioration and for any use made of the goods must only be provided if the deterioration or use results from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods. "Inspection of the condition, properties, and functionality" refers to testing and trying out the goods as it would be possible and usual in a physical store.

Items suitable for shipping must be returned at your own risk. You must cover the regular return shipping costs unless the delivered goods do not match the order. Items that are not suitable for shipping will be collected from you.

Obligations for payment refunds must be fulfilled within 14 days. The period begins for you upon dispatch of your withdrawal declaration or the goods, and for us upon receipt.

Lab-Nova Ltd also reserves the right to reject returns that have not been authorized or have not followed the return instructions. In such cases, the goods will be sent back to the address provided in the order. If we do accept an unauthorized return, Lab-Nova Ltd will deduct 10% from the refund as an administrative and storage fee.

Gifts ("Free Gifts")

When purchasing certain products in specific quantities or reaching a certain order value, customers may receive a free gift from the seller. The free gift will either be automatically added to the cart or the customer can choose from a selection, provided the required conditions are met.

Customers can remove the free gift from their cart before checkout. However, if the customer places the order including the free gift, it becomes part of the purchase contract, and the same terms and conditions apply.

If a return lowers the order value below the required amount for a free gift, you must also return the free gift in unused condition. If you choose to keep the free gift, its price will be deducted from your refund. You can find the prices for free gifts in our online store.
